Our Patè Range

We supply homemade patès and houmous that are freshly prepared using local, free-range and organic ingredients as much as possible. 




Luxury Chicken Liver Pate – Cream, shallots, smoked bacon and a dash of port help to give this pate a decadent flavour


Farmhouse Pate – An autumnal pate with pork and apple for a real country taste.  


Cornish Pate – Our flagship pate is slightly coarse with a Cornish feel using locally produced Hogs Pudding and Cornish clotted cream

Venison, Juniper & Redcurrant Pate - A delicious combination of meaty venison with the aroma of juniper and added  zing of redcurrants


 Turkey, Sage & Cranberry Pate - A seasonal twist with traditional Christmas flavours

Luxury Christmas Pate -
A luxury festive pate with apricots, brandy & port. A great addition to your Christmas table


Prawn & Crab Pate – A textured pate of prawns and local Newlyn crabmeat with a dash of brandy and a slightly spicy undertone provided by cayenne pepper


Smoked Salmon Pate – A gorgeous medley of smoked and home poached fresh salmon


Smoked Mackerel Pate – A delicate pate made with local smoked mackerel, horseradish and fresh chives





If you are unsure of what pate flavour is your favourite or you want to take home a gift for either yourself or for others, we have come up with a solution!   Gift packs are available in 3 x 100g tubs of your choices of flavour of either pate or houmous or a combination of both wrapped in cellophane and decorated with curling ribbon.  Have a look at our web page dedicated to our gift packs which shows a photograph of one of our packs so you can see how good they look!
